Update to Entripy's Cash Credits Program
Dear Valued Customer,
As we continue celebrating our 25th anniversary, we are looking forward to evolving Entripy toward another 25 years, leading the market by offering our customers uncompromising service and quality, as well as a true respect for the logos and designs you entrust us to print on your favourite apparel pieces.
We are working on many new and exciting customer focused enhancements that you will hear about over the next few months as we roll them out. Our goal is to reward our loyal customers like you with incentives that enrich your experience with Entripy.
After careful consideration and evaluation, we have decided to discontinue the Entripy Cash Credits program in its current form. Friday August 9th, 2024 will be the last day to earn Cash Credits on your purchases.
For those who have points in their accounts, they will expire 90 days after they are deposited to your account, as per the usual program guidelines. We encourage you to redeem any remaining points ahead of their expiry date, which can be found in the My Account area of Entripy.com.

When will Cash Credits stop being applied to my purchases
Friday Aug 9th will be the last day customers can earn Cash Credits on their qualifying online purchases.
Will Cash Credits that I already have in my account be cancelled after Aug 9th?
Any Cash Credits that are in your account will expire after 90 days, per their usual expiry.
I placed an order after learning about Cash Credits being discontinued. What will happen in this case?
If your order was placed August 9th or earlier, Cash Credits will be applied to your account between 15 and 30 days after your purchase. You will still have 90 days to redeem your Cash Credits after the deposit date.
Where can I see my cash credits and their expiry date?
- Log into your account
- Go to "My Account"
- On the left side bar click "My Cash Credits"
Terms & Conditions
Promotion applicable for online purchases only, wholesale and manual orders not included. Redemption period – Available up to 30 days after purchase. Any cash credit not redeemed during the Redemption Period expire and are forfeited. Cash credits is earned on the amount of eligible product purchases before shipping or taxes. Cash credits can only be applied to product purchases and not applicable towards shipping or taxes. Cash credits are not actual refundable or tendered for cash, but only credits for use towards future purchases. Entripy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this promotion. Other exclusions may apply.
