Entripy offers the following shipping options to clients:
Entripy can ship your custom t-shirts to almost anywhere in the world. We use UPS as our Courier of choice. UPS offers next-day delivery within most places (excluding rural areas) in Ontario. For other provinces, shipping time can range from 3 – 5 business days.
Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. Orders with a PO box will ship via Canada Post which may cause slower shipping times. We recommend providing a direct shipping address to avoid any delays with your order.

*UPS Standard always uses road transport and a foreseen delivery date while UPS Express Saver uses air transport (if faster) and guarantees the foreseen delivery date.

Returns Information
We are so confident in the product we provide that we also guarantee our quality of screen printing and embroidery is free from any defect or misprints. But of course, sometimes mistakes do happen. We will provide a full refund on any stained, damaged or incomplete garments. If your order does not resemble (within a reasonable limit) the digital proofs we provide you, we will re-do your order at no charge, provided that the original garments are returned within 30 days.
