Step 1: Sign In
Before we dive into any of the specific steps, the most important part is making sure that you’re signed into your account. This step ensures you can view your previous orders and access information specific to your account.
Step 2: Go to Your Account
After you’ve signed in, head over to “My Account” located at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Step 3:View Your Previous Orders
In your account details view, click on the tab titled “My Orders” in the menu on the left-hand side. On this page, you’ll be able to see all of the orders you’ve placed in the past. To view a specific order, click the button titled “Details” and from here you’ll be taken to a new page where you will see an order summary that outlines the full details related to your order.
Step 4: Buy it Again
Once you’re in the order details view, you’ll see a bright yellow button that says, “Buy it Again.” After clicking this button you’ll be redirected to the checkout page where you can review your order details. At this stage you can alter your garment sizes and quantity, however you cannot change the actual garment or colours without requiring a new proof. Once you’ve made your changes in size and quantity, you will automatically skip the proofing step since your artwork has already been pre-approved and your order will automatically be sent to production. It’s as simple as that!
